Five Buddha Mandala Meditation Retreat

~ March 14th 2020 10:00am-4:00pm~

The mandala of the five Dhyani Buddhas is a radiant, peaceful meditation that combines deep transformative personal work into spiritual practice.

In Vajrayana Buddhism, the Five Buddhas are considered a group of five “self-born” celestial Buddhas who have always existed from the beginning of time. The five are Vairochana, Akshobhya, Ratnasambhava, Amitabha, and Amoghasiddhi.

In this workshop we will explore through “meditation with colors, sounds, natural elements and the wisdom of the Buddhas” how to use our own human emotions of anger, pride, craving, envy and confusion as the seeds for our own transformation. (Based on the work of Lama Tsultrim Allione founder of Tara Mandala.)
