"Taking two or three step for each in-breath and each out-breath - "

Breathing in "I have arrived"; Breathing out "I am home"
Breathing in "In the here"; Breathing out "In the now"
Breathing in "I am solid"; Breathing out "I am free"
Breathing in "In the ultimate"; Breathing out "I dwell"

Tibetan Healing Chod (6:00 pm)

Tibetan Healing Chod, an ancient practice, is extremely effective for transforming any physical, emotional or spiritual dis-ease. Participants sit or recline in meditation as the Chod practitioners sing a healing song accompanied by drums and bells.

From the zangdopalri chod website:

"Think of your mind as the sky and any thoughts that arise are clouds.  They appear, but after a while they dissipate.  During the [chod] ceremony, try to rest in the sky-like quality of your mind.  Normally we are holding to the focused part.  Try to rest in the open part during this chod ceremony and just give up everything that arises - that will be the "cutting" or "release"; the benefit of this practice.
